Who We Are
We are more than just a shelter; we are a family dedicated to providing a loving, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Welcome to His Majesty's Happy Home School & Orphanage!
Located in Odumase-Krobo, Ghana, His Majesty’s Happy Home School & Orphanage has been a beacon of hope and a pillar of the community since its founding in 2010. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and transformative environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Over the years, Alberta and her husband Patrick, with their unwavering dedication, have helped hundreds of children overcome adversity and build brighter futures. They currently house 35 orphaned children at the Happy Home facility, have multiple children placed with families in surrounding areas, and lead a school for 250 children. Alberta personally finances and oversees all aspects of the children’s care, including education, health care, food, and clothing. Alberta and Patrick are heroes of their faith, ensuring they fulfil the biblical command to support orphans, as stated in James 1:27: “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
